Who we are looking for:

The right person for this position will bring passion, experience and creativity to designing and operating a portfolio of 30+ custom-designed educational tours to a variety of destinations each year. He/she will act as the in-house expert for travel information, and be the “go to” person for fresh travel ideas. He/she will see the big picture, while sweating the details of his/her programs to ensure they are as flawless as possible. He/she will enjoy the creative process, adapt to a collaborative and independent workflow, write persuasively, possess a curiosity about the world, and enjoy in-depth research. He/she will feel “at home” in one or more international destinations, having lived or studied abroad. The right candidate will enjoy the peaks and valleys of a seasonal tour load and plan carefully to anticipate deadlines. He/she will know how to manage the pressure of multiple priorities with a high degree of self-awareness to minimize stress and avoid burnout.
